The USM LSAMP PRELS Program will support 10 USM LSAMP PRELS Scholars and their Mentors.

The PRELS Program is a 12-month appointment from July 2024 to June 2025.
Program Benefits:
- $31,200 stipend
- $3,000 travel allowance
- $1,500 to cover materials and supplies for research
- Research Mentors will receive an annual stipend of $4,000 for their support of a PRELS Scholar
